Television, Game Times Set for First-Ever Women's Basketball Big 5 Classic

PHILADELPHIA - All three games of the first-ever Philadelphia Big 5 Women's Basketball Classic, set for Friday, December 6 at Finneran Pavilion on the campus of Villanova University, will be televised live on NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus, it was announced by the schools on Tuesday.
Game times have also been set, with the tripleheader starting at 3:30 p.m. with the 5th place game. The third-place contest will follow at 5:45 p.m., and the championship game is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m.
The Owls will play host to Drexel in the first of two pod games on Saturday, November 23, and close out the pod portion of the Big 5 slate at La Salle on Sunday, Dec. 1. Seeding will be determined on pod records.
Temple continues the 2024-25 season on Tuesday, November 12 with a road matchup against Delaware. The game is set to tipoff at 6:30 p.m.
