Owls in the NFL - Week 13

The Temple Owls 2024 season has come to an end, but our Owls in the NFL are moving into the latter part of the season and hoping to make a playoff push. Let's see how our Owls performed this holiday weekend.
Green Bay's Brandon McManus (2009-12) was a perfect 4 for 4 on Thanksgiving hitting three extra points and one 46-yard field goal in a 30-17 win over the Dolphins.
Chicago's Jacob Martin (2014-17) and Detroit's Michael Niese (2016-21) faced off on Thanksgiving Day. Martin finished with one tackle in the game. Niese did not see any action in a close 23-20 win for the Lions.
New York Jets' linebacker Haason Reddick (2013-16) recorded two tackles in Sunday's 26-21 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Kenny Yeboah (2016-19) did not have a reception.
Carolina's Sam Franklin Jr. (2016-19) did not record any tackles in in the Panthers' Â 26-23 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Rock Ya-Sin (2015-18) and the San Francisco 49ers faced off against Dion Dawkins (2013-16) and the Buffalo Bills in the first snow game of the season. Ya-Sin played, but did not record any tackles. Dawkins and the Bills offensive line manipulated the defense creating lanes for a three touchdown, 220-yard rushing day for the Bills offense en route to a 35-10 win.
Washington's Jordan Magee (2019-23) did not make any tackles in the Commanders' 42-19 win against David Martin-Robinson (2018-23) and the Tennessee Titans. The rookie tight end Martin-Robinson has yet to make his NFL regular season debut.
Pittsburgh's Tyler Matakevich (2012-15) did not record a tackle in the Steelers 44-38 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Atlanta's Arnold Ebiketie (2017-20) tied his season-high of three tackles in Sunday's 17-13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Ebiketie now has 19 solo tackles on the season, two less than his single season career high of 21.
