SPARKS, Md. - USA Lacrosse announced its NCAA Division I women's All-Americans on Thursday, with Temple's Belle Mastropietro and Katie Shallow each being named Honorable Mention. Mastropietro picked up her second career All-American honor while Shallow became the 43rd All-American in program history.

Mastropietro was previously named an Honorable Mention All-American by Inside Lacrosse in 2022. The three-time AAC Midfielder of the Year, four-time All-AAC First Team selection, and three-time Tewaraaton Award nominee is the first two-time All-American in program history since Amy Stein in 1998 and 2000. She led the Owls and ranked among the conference's leaders in goals, assists, points, draw controls, and free position goals. She concludes her storied career as the program's all-time leader in draw controls and as one of five players in program history to eclipse 250 career points.

Shallow adds an All-American honor to her AAC Defensive Player of the Year award and three career All-AAC selections. She led the Owls and ranked among the top five in the country in caused turnovers and ground balls this season, setting program single season and career records for caused turnovers and ranking top ten in single season and career ground balls. Her 140 career caused turnovers are also fourth among active Division I players.
