Owls Return Home to Battle Pitt at Howarth Field

PHILADELPHIA – Temple women's lacrosse returns to Howarth Field to host the Pitt Panthers on Tuesday at 3 p.m. The Owls are coming off a four-game road stretch, including a 19-7 loss to Rutgers on Thursday.

Emily Liberio and Erin King each scored two goals for the Owls against Rutgers on Thursday. King has recorded six multi-goal games this season and has scored in three consecutive games.

Jenna Hendrickson (27 goals) and Sydney Naylor (25 goals) are the Panthers' top two scorers. Avery Moon (16 goals) and Kaitlyn Giandonato (19 goals) have also scored in double digits for Pitt this season.
Pitt has a 5-5 record, with a 4-2 mark at home and a 1-3 record on the road. The Panthers are 0-4 against ranked opponents this season, having lost to No. 3 Stanford, No. 5 Virginia, No. 7 Syracuse, and No. 25 Virginia Tech.
