Women’s Rowing Head to Michigan for Ford Lake Cup

YPSILANTI, Mich. – Temple women's rowing will head to the Great Lakes State to compete in the 2025 Ford Lake Cup hosted by Eastern Michigan University. The regatta will take place on the Ford Lake with the heats beginning at 9:00 AM and the finals at 1:00 PM.
The participating schools are also the newly added members to the Mid-American Conference (MAC). The MAC is adding women's rowing to their portfolio in the 2025-26 academic year. The teams joining include Eastern Michigan, Toledo, Massachusetts, Delaware, High Point, and Temple. EMU, Toldeo, and UMass are already members of the MAC, while the following three schools will be adding for women's rowing. All teams except Toledo will be competing this weekend on the Ford Lake.
