WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Temple women's soccer (2-4-0) fell on the road to Monmouth (3-2-0), 1-0, on Sunday afternoon at Hesse Field on The Great Lawn. Goalkeeper Tamsin Bynoe recorded a season-high eight saves in the match.

How It Happened
- Temple was outshot 27-8 in the 1-0 loss to Monmouth. The Hawks fired off 19 shots in the first half, while the Owls managed just three.
- In the 69th minute, Loren Gehret put Monmouth ahead 1-0 with a goal assisted by Ashley Lavrich and Brooke De Almedia.
- Valentina Bitterwolf and Ofris Sacker led the Owls with two shot attempts each. Sabrina Campbell, Shari Atkins, Rylie Wilpolt, and Liv-Lilith Falk also registered shots on goal.
- Bynoe collected a season-high eight saves while facing 27 total shots.
