Lacrosse Names Amanda Attanasi as Director of Operations

PHILADELPHIA - Temple women's lacrosse is proud to announce Amanda Attanasi as the new Director of Operations for the 2026 lacrosse season.Â
Attanasi brings a proven track record of leadership, organization, and commitment to excellence through her experiences as a Division I student-athlete and event operations specialist.
"We are so excited to welcome Amanda to the Temple Lacrosse family! Her background as an accomplished Division I soccer player, combined with her experience in the sports industry, makes her a perfect fit for our program. We can't wait to see the impact she'll have on our team and culture", said head coach Bonnie Rosen.Â
Attanasi attended James Madison University and received a B.S. in Sports and Recreational Management, along with a Minor in Business. Attanasi has excelled both academically and athletically. She has consistently been recognized for her achievements, earning honors such as the Dean's List, Academic All-District, and the Sun Belt Elite Award.
During her time at JMU, Attanasi competed at the highest collegiate level as a member of the Women's Division I Soccer Team, balancing a demanding athletic schedule with academic success. Her experience in athletics is complemented by her extensive work in sports operations, including roles with JMU Athletic Facilities, Philadelphia Union (Game Presentation and Match Day Operations), and major sporting events such as the 2024 Women's College Basketball Final Four.
