Men’s Tennis Heads to Lehigh for Midweek Match

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - After a quick turnaround, the Temple Owls face Lehigh on Wednesday for their third competition of the season, looking to bounce back after a 0–2 start.
Scouting Temple
• Against the Bucknell Bison, Freshman Oliver Aguilar won a three-set match with a deciding tiebreaker.
• The Owls' doubles pairs of Lance Cochrane and Maj Najvirt Kolaric, along with Pranav Nemani and Harshith Pennabadi, each earned 6-3 victories, giving Temple momentum in doubles play.
Scouting Lehigh
• The Mountain Hawks opened the spring season with a 6–1 win over Rider, sweeping all six singles matches after dropping the doubles point.
• Lehigh has seen an immediate impact from newcomer Alex Van Lumich and first-year Kosei Ogata, with both earning singles victories in their Lehigh debuts and adding depth to the lineup.
• Head Coach Craig Schwartz is in his third season leading Lehigh. Schwarz led the Mountain Hawks to a 13-10 record in 2025, advancing to the second round of the Patriot League tournament.
