Men's Tennis set for Second Match of Season vs. Bucknell

LEWISBURG - Pa. The Temple University men's tennis team is set for its second match of the season versus Bucknell. Dropping their first match of the year at Penn State, the Owls will look to rebound against another in-state foe.
Scouting Temple
- Against the Nittany Lions, Freshman Oliver Aguilar secured a singles win when his opponent was forced to retire in the second set.

Matteo Crespi mounted a strong challenge before dropping a 6-4, 6-3 decision.
Scouting Bucknell
- The Bison own a 3-2 record heading into Sunday, picking up wins against Mount St. Mary's, Binghamton, and Mercyhurst while falling to Columbia and Delaware.
- Senior Amar Tahirovic leads the Bison, earning an a Patriot League record eight player of the week awards through his career and most recently going 4-0 against Binghamton and Delaware.
- Head Coach Jason Cohen is in his fourth year leading the Bison. In his first three seasons with the program, Cohen has delivered Bucknell its first conference championship since 1991 in the spring of 2025.
