Horoshko and Stankavage Received Weekly American Honors

PHILADELPHIA - Riley Horoshko and Kaitlyn Stankavage earned weekly honors from the American Conference following Temple's one goal loss against South Florida. Horoskho was named Goalkeeper of the Week, while Stankavage earned Honorable Mention recognition.

Senior Riley Horoshko recorded her fifth game with double-digit saves, finishing with 11 while facing 37 shots. Horoskho ranks 3rd nationally in saves percentage and 7th in saves and leads the conference in both categories. 

Kaitlyn Stankavage led the team in ground balls with a career high four and forced three turnovers equalling her career high. Currenly in the conference, Stankavage is fourth in caused turnovers and fifth in ground balls. The midfielder has also recorded at least one draw control in all 10 games this season.
