PHILADELPHIA — Temple women's basketball currently has three former Owls playing professionally overseas.

Guard Feyonda Fitzgerald, a 2017 Temple University graduate, continues her professional basketball career in Greece with Panathinaikos. In their recent win over Olympiacos, Fitzgerald had 13 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, all in 35 minutes of play. Panathinaikos currently sits second in the league standings with a 19-1 record. In her first season with the team, Fitzgerald is averaging 13.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.5 steals per game throughout the season.
Guard Aleah Nelson, a 2024 graduate of Temple University, continues her professional career in the Czech Republic with SBS Ostrava. Nelson scored 16 points in 20 minutes to earn MVP honors in an 81-76 win over fourth-ranked KP Brno in Renomia Zenska Basketbalova Liga play. SBS Ostrava sits third in the league standings with a 16-6 record, while Nelson is averaging 9.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists this season.
Forward Anissa Rivera, a 2025 graduate of Temple University, continues her professional career in Portugal with Quinta dos Lombos. Rivera recorded 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 blocks in 29 minutes of play during an 82-68 win over Imortal. In Rivera's debut season with the team, she's averaging 10.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.5 steals per game this season.
