2010: was Temple’s ace on the mound, posting a 2.65 ERA while striking out 141 batters and holding opponents to a .211 batting average...hit for a .290 clip at the plate...had 11 multiple hit games...ended the year with an eight game hit streak...was also a dependable defensive player with just one error in 71 chances for a .986 fielding percentage...AT NEW MEXICO STATE (2008): was active in eight games, starting one of those...posted a 1-1 record...also picked up a save...HIGH SCHOOL: led The Colony to a fifth-place district 9-4A finish...First Team All-District 9-4A selection...an academic All-District 9-4A selection...named the teams’ defensive player of the year...earned the United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award and was a member of the Tana Jo Thomason Memorial All-Tournament squad...posted 18 wins and 12 losses...ERA was 0.34, while accumulating 306 strikeouts and allowing only 52 walks the entire season...as a junior, was selected to the First Team All-District 8-4A and named the Cougars’ Defensive Player of the Year...during her sophomore season she was selected to Second Team All-District 8-4A team, along with being named the teams’ most valuable offensive player...was named to the District 8-4A Honorable Mention Team as a freshman...was a three-year member of the National Honor Society in high school and on the honor roll. PERSONAL: majoring in geology.
