In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, a shift to digital-only ticketing will provide the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets. You are probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or travel, so why not for football home games?

  • By choosing mobile, it’s an easy way to go green by printing less paper
Digital-only means tickets will no longer be printed on hard ticket stock. Fans can choose from 2 options: mobile tickets or print-at-home pdf tickets. Mobile tickets can be downloaded to your phone. Pdf tickets can be printed on paper at home and presented at the stadium. Pdf tickets can also be shown on your smartphone by enlarging the barcode area.
You can access the Temple Owls Account Manager by Clicking Here. Through the Temple Owls Account Manager, you will have the ability to
  • Reserve your 2020 Season Tickets
  • Transfer tickets to Friends, Family, or Clients
  • Update Account Information

To start managing your tickets, follow the steps below!

Sign in
Mobile Account Home Page
Scroll down and tap Manage Tickets

Within the Eagles App, tap Stadium, and log into your Temple Owls Account. Once logged in, you will see all your tickets for upcoming events. Tap the event you would like to view and your mobile ticket will appear. Make sure to save this ticket to your phone ahead of time for easy access on Game Day!

If a friend or family member will be attending the game, you will need to transfer the tickets to them through the Eagles app. It's easy – select the game you would like to manage, select 'Transfer Tickets' and either select from your contacts or enter the email address. Once you transfer the tickets, the recipient will receive an email notification. They will need to accept the transfer at which point the tickets will be in their account (they must 'accept the transfer' to access the tickets.) You can also transfer your tickets while signed into Account Manager. Click on Manage Tickets. From there, you will have the option to forward your tickets.

Enter in the recipients details
When signed in to the Temple Owls Account Manager site, click on Manage Tickets. From there, you will be able to print your tickets. We recommend using regular 8.5x11 inch white paper.
If you don’t have a printer, we recommend using the mobile option available. This saves you time and money. You can simply download the ticket(s) to your phone.
The Official Eagles App is free in the Apple app store and Google play store.
If you do not have a smartphone or access to email, contact the Temple Athletics Ticket Office at 215-204-8499 to discuss alternatives.
We highly recommend downloading tickets to your phone’s wallet 24 hours before the game. This will result in a seamless entry.
You can present a valid photo ID at any Will Call window to have your ticket reissued to gain access to Lincoln Financial Field.
Make sure you’re using the email address and password associated with your Temple Football Ticket Master Account Manager account. If you also have Temple Basketball tickets, this login information could differ. You can also try resetting your password.
