2022: Played and started in 17 games…Posted four goals, including the game-winner at Longwood (9/4) and against Georgetown…Recorded five assists, including a career-high two against Lehigh (8/28)…Fired nine shots with six on target for a .667 shots on goal percentage…Recorded three of the team’s five defensive saves to tie for third in the league and 24th in the NCAA…Named Preseason All-Conference…BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Sept. 6…All-Conference First Team and All-Tournament Team selection…First Team All-Region.
2021: Started and played in 17 games…Recorded two assists…Fired 10 shots, putting eight on target…Scored the game-winner in the shootout at Quinninpiac (9/17) in the team’s first win over the Bobcats…Posted a team-leading four defensive saves, one of four Owls to post a DS, to rank No. 12 in the NCAA and tie for second in the league…Led a defensive unit that successfully defended 83 of 97 penalty corners and posted a league-leading five shutouts… Named BIG EAST Preseason All-Conference…Earned a spot on the BIG EAST All-Conference Second Team and the All-Tournament Team…Second Team Mid-Atlantic All Region…NFHCA 2021 Division I National Academic Squad.

Prior to Temple: Attended the Centre for Sports and Education in Zwolle and played for Apeldoornse MHC (Mixed Hockey Club) 1st klasse...Was named "Man of the Match" twice in her first eight games in her final year, and was Player of the Year in 2016-17 and top scorer on the team with 11 goals in the conference...Team was champions of the 2nd klasse in 2016-17 and then promoted to 1st klasse.
Personal: Plans to major in kinesiology at Temple...Mother, Maaike van der Zee, played for the Dutch National Field Hockey Team at the U16, U18 and U21 levels.
