Damiere Shaw begins his fourth season as a student assistant coach for Temple in 2016. Shaw has been a mainstay on the sidelines since his playing days were curtailed.

Shaw made the transition from player to coach following a head injury as a freshman. The former wideout has worked alongside former receiver coaches Terry Smith and Adam DiMichele, and currently Frisman Jackson and was one of the few constants for Robby Anderson who holds two of the most productive seasons in Temple history at wide receiver – 44-791-9TDs in 2013 and 70-939-7TDs in 2015.

The Chester, Pa., native attended Cardinal O’Hara High where he was a two-time All-Catholic league honoree. Damiere is one of eleven children and his brother Dion is a former Temple teammate.
