Kane Ivers-Osthus was hired as a graduate assistant in January, 2017, and promoted to full-time just five months later. His responsibilities include assisting the equipment manager with daily practice duties and maintenance of team equipment.

Ivers-Osthus earned his undergraduate degree in sports management from the University of Florida in December 2016. While there, he was a scholarship recipient and letter winner as a student equipment manager for three seasons with the Gators’ football program (2014-16). It was during that time that he first worked with current Temple head coach Geoff Collins.

In addition, he has taken on other football roles including head equipment manager for camps and a recruiting volunteer.  The Melbourne High alum also interned with the Rome Generals in the team’s multimedia department as a part of the New York Collegiate Baseball League in the summer of 2016.
