Scott Wallace was promoted to director of football operations in August 2015 following one year as coordinator of internal operations for Temple University’s football program. 

In his new role he oversees all team meals and lodging both on and off campus and on the road. He is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and building and field maintenance. He serves as liaison for the football team to internal departments such as the academic and compliance staffs.

As coordinator of internal operations he was the primary contact for all community service activities,NFL scouts, class scheduling, and team travel, three areas he will continue to oversee.

Wallace arrived at Temple from the University of Delaware where he was the assistant to the director of football operations for parts of two seasons. In that role, he had responsibilities in operations, recruiting, and travel & lodging. Wallace is credited with playing a major role in recruiting visits, maintaining a team and recruiting database, and implementing successful youth camps and a preseason training camp manual.

Prior to his time at Delaware, Wallace worked in the development department at California (PA) University from 2010-11. He also held roles with the minor league Washington Wild Things and served as an assistant high school basketball coach.

The Kennett Square, PA, native earned a B.S. degree in sports management from California (PA) University in 2011. Wallace was a defensive back and quarterback for the Vulcans from 2009-11, after beginning his collegiate career at University of Massachusetts.
