Maya Howard joined the Temple Football staff as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting in March 2023. Prior to coming to Temple, she worked for the Nashville Soccer Club as a membership services representative. Howard has also worked at Tennessee State as a football operations and recruiting intern. In addition, she worked as client marketing intern for SIDELINE Sports.
 
Howard graduated from Tennessee State in 2021 with bachelor’s degree in marketing, and again in 2022 with a masters in sport administration and management.
