Brown in Kannapolis, N.C. for head coach Mike Newsome … as a senior, finished with 116 tackles (71 solos), 13.0 TFLs, 4.0 sacks and three interceptions … also caught three passes for 33 yards and one TD … selected to the 2021 Carolina Bowl … as a junior, earned all-conference and all-state as the team finished 6-2, including a perfect 6-0 mark in the conference, and the NC 3AA state playoffs … as a sophomore, tallied 84 tackles (54 solos), 12.0 TFLs, and 3.0 sacks … finished 8-4 and reached the second round of the NC 3AA state playoffs.
