2011 Cross Country: Finished the A-10 Championships in 74th place overall and fourth among Temple runners…Ran the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/12) in 34.31 to pace Temple to a 16th place finish…Part of a Temple squad that placed fifth at IC4A Championships (11/19)…Placed inside the 27-minute mark at the Paul Short Invitational (9/30) to rank second among Temple runners at the event…Helped the Owls to a 15th place finish at the Penn State National Invite (10/14), crossing the finish line in 29:05 for 101st place.

2010 Cross Country: Placed 13th at the Monmouth Invitational in a time of 27:20...Helped the Owls to an eighth place finish at the A-10 Championships, placing 64th individually in a time of 26:14.

2009 Cross Country: Finished sixth with a time of 15:43.00 at the Haverford Duals…Ran a time of 28:38.55 for 58th place at the Blue & Gold Invitational…Named to Temple Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
