2012: team captain...had her best offensive year to date...served at the leadoff hitter in all but three games...led the team and was second in the conference in runs scored...47 times crossing the plate also set a Temple single-season record and 108 in her career ties the school record...is 16th in the nation in runs per game as of 6/3/12...batting average was third best on the team...nine doubles was a career high and moves her just outside the TU career top-10 list...on base percentage was tops on the team and fifth among Atlantic 10 players...reached based safely in 18-straight games at one point...had 11 multiple hit games...recorded her 100th career hit in a win over Monmouth on April 18...2011: team captain...was again the team’s full-time centerfielder, starting there in all 44 games she played in...collected a then career-best six doubles, one triple and six homeruns...was perfect on the base path with six stolen bases...2010: played centerfield in every one of Temple’s 49 games...was fourth on the squad, and tops among freshmen, with a .254 batting average...was tied with Kayla Cook for second on the team with five doubles, and her four homeruns ranked third on the squad...was nearly flawless on defense, committing just one error throughout the year in 71 chances for a .986 percentage...HIGH SCHOOL: was a five-sport athlete in high school, competing in swimming, basketball, soccer and field hockey in addition to softball...all-conference player at Gloucester Catholic...as a senior, garnered first-team all-conference honors...named the female athlete of the year and team MVP...led squad to South Jersey championship and conference championship...PERSONAL: majoring in communications & theater.
