William Kerr joined the Temple Athletics staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in July 2019, working primarily with men's and women's cross country and women's track and field. Kerr currently works with the men's soccer team.

Kerr graduated from the University of Delaware in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and a minor in coaching sciences. As an undergraduate student, Kerr worked with the University of Delaware's football, women's lacrosse and men's lacrosse teams. In the summer of 2015, Kerr interned with the Philadelphia Union, a soccer team in the MLS.

Kerr graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2018 with a master's degree in education with a focus in sports and exercise psychology, and a graduate certificate in sports management.

Prior to Temple, Kerr worked as an assistant athletic trainer at Immaculate University from 2018-19.

Kerr is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a Functional Movement System Level 1 certification.
