2019 Outdoor: Earned a second place finish in the 800m at the Lehigh Season Opener…Won gold in the 1000m at the Seahawk Shootout…Ran a PR of 2:11.16 in the 800m at the Villanova Invitational…Represented the Owls in the 800m at the AAC Indoor Championships…Was a part of the DMR that finished fourth at the indoor championship meet.
2018-19 Indoor: Won the 800m at the Rider Invite with a time of 2:13.89…Ran the 800m at the AAC Outdoor Championships, where she advanced to finals and finished seventh overall…Also ran the 1500m for Temple at the outdoor conference meet.
2018 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Owls this season...Helped the squad earn the Top Team GPA award from the Temple Athletic Department.
2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Owls...Ran her fastest 400m of 57.45 at the 49er Classic...Posted a personal best of 2:14.30 in the 800m at the Widener Invitational...Was a part of the 4x800 squad that placed fourth at the 2018 Penn Relays...Ran her fastest 1500m time of 4:41.26 at the American Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2017-18 Indoor: Competed in three meets for Temple…Reached a personal best of 2:20.09 in the 800m dash at the 2017 Morgan State Legacy Meet.
2017 Cross Country: Ran in three races with the Owls…Helped women’s cross country to two consecutive team wins at the Temple Invitational and Rider Invitational.
2017 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2016-17 Indoor: Competed in two indoor meets with the Owls…At the Navy Mid-Week, she aided her distance medley relay team to a third-place finish and placed fourth in the 1000m race with a personal best time of 3:06.83.
2016 Cross Country: Ran in seven races for the Owls...Achieved a personal-best time of 23:11.6 in a 6K at the American Athletic Conference Championships.

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 800-meter races in four indoor meets as a freshman…Placed 10th in the mile at her first collegiate indoor meet with a time of 5:21.45…Posted a season-best time of 2:24.08 in the 800-meter race at the Villanova Invitational.
2015 Cross Country: Finished 48th in the Big 5 invitational with a time of 16:26.5...Placed 54th in the Duquesne Duals with a time of 20:41.6.
High School: Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track at Middletown High School...Earned all-state second or third team honors in cross country in each year of her high school career...Also a four-time all-conference and all-county honoree...Team MVP all four years...Earned fourth-place finishes in both the 1,600m and 3,200m at the DIAA State Championship for outdoor track in 2015...Qualified for the DIAA Meet of Champions and placed third in both the 1,600m and the 3,200m...Ran a personal-best 19:00.17 in the 5K in cross country and a PR of 5:02.47 in the 1,600m, helping her team to a second-place finish in the state as a senior...Took second in the 1,600m at the outdoor state meet her junior year...Took third place at the cross country state championship as a sophomore...Competing as an individual, she took first place in the 1,500m at the Hershey Indoor Youth National Championship in April, 2015.
Personal Majoring in anthropology and a member of the Honors College at Temple...Was a member of the National Honor Society at Middletown...Hobbies include drawing, painting, sculpting and studying Italian...Father, Spencer, was a basketball player at the University of Delaware and an Indiana Pacers draft pick before having a career overseas.
