2019-20 Indoor: Represented Temple in four meets during her sophomore season...Ran a season's-best 5:24.27 in the mile at the Fastrack Season Opener to earn a fifth place finish...Won the 3000m at the Bill Ward Invitational...Earned fourth in the 3K at the Villanova Invitational...Ran her fastest 3000m of the season at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 18th, clocking in at 10:53.14.
2019 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 17th-place finish at the Lehigh Invitational...Ran to a 41st-place finish at the Iona Meet of Champions...Competed at the Ohio State Buckeye Preview...Raced in the Penn State National Open.
2019 Outdoor: Ran the 1500m in 5:17.65 at the Rider Invitational…Competed in the 3K at the Charlotte 49er Invitational, clocking in at 10:44.08.
2018-19 Indoor: Ran the 3000m in 10:42.73 at the Great Dane Invitational…Finished seventh in the 3K at the Villanova Invitational.
2018 Cross Country: Competed in six meets for Temple this season...Helped the Owls to a third place team finish at the American Athletic Conference Championships...Helped the squad earn the Top Team GPA award from the Temple Athletic Department.
High School: Was a PIAA District 2 XC Champion both sophomore and senior year...Placed fifth at the PIAA State Cross Country championship meet senior year and eighth her sophomore year, earning a medal both times...Was a PIAA District 2 T&F Champion in the 1600m as a senior and the 3200m both her sophomore and senior seasons...Won the PIAA District 2 3200m her junior track season...Earned multiple accolades from the Times Tribune after an illustrious career, including All-Star in XC and T&F, All-Region in XC (freshman and sophomore year), Athlete of the Week (junior year), and All-Star and All-Region for both T&F and XC as a senior...Also competed for her high school basketball team where she was a starter for three years on varsity, reached the 1,000 point milestone and was named a 2018 Times Tribune All-Star and All-Region selection.
Personal: Parents are Maureen and Tim Walsh...Boasts a handful of academic accolades, including National Honor Society, Distinguished Honors Student, National Spanish Exam medal winner, National Latin Exam medal winner, and Spanish gold medal winner for Holy Cross...Majoring in Sport and Exercise Science at Temple.
