2019 Outdoor: Started the season with a victory in 3000m steeplechase at the Charlotte 49er Classic…Finished second in the unseeded section of the 1500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic, clocking a time of 4:38.29…Shattered her own school record in the steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invitational, resetting it to 10:36.10 to place fifth overall…Represented the Owls in the steeplechase at the AAC Outdoor Championships, where she finished seventh overall.
2018-19 Indoor: Finished seventh in the mile at the Great Dane Invitational…Represented Temple in the Mile at the AAC Indoor Championships…Was a part of the DMR that finished fourth at the indoor championship meet.
2018 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets for the Owls this season...Finished as Temple's top runner at the American Athletic Conference Championships, placing 10th overall...Helped the Owls to their program-high fourth place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional...Helped the Owls to their first ever ECAC Championship title...Helped the squad earn the Top Team GPA award from the Temple Athletic Department.

2017-18 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Owls...Was a part of the 4x800 squad that finished second at the Great Dane Classic...Competed at the Penn State National, where she finished third in both the DMR and the Mile, posted a PR of 5:02.28 in the mile...Finished second at the Fastrack National Invite in the DMR...Part of the record-breaking DMR squad that finished third at hte AAC Championships...Advanced to the finals at the AAC Indoor Championships, finishing 10th overall.

Prior to Temple: Ran for Charnwood Athletics Club…Placed eighth in the 1500m at both the 2015 and 2016 English Schools Track and Field Championships and fourth at the English Schools Cross Country Championships...Midland County Cross Country Champion...Placed eighth at the the 2016 English National Cross Country Championships...Placed ninth at the Virgin Mini London Marathon in 2015...Was a bronze medalist at the Midland County Championships in 2015...Finished the season ranked 21st in the IAAF World rankings in the 2000m...In 2014, earned a gold medal and set a new championship record at Bupa Westminster in the mile.
