WHY TEMPLE: "I chose Temple because it had an amazing art school and it offered me the opportunity to continue rowing in college. Never expected to be where I am today though."

FAVORITE PART OF TWR: “My favorite part about Temple W. Rowing is being in the 8's. There's really nothing that can compare to rowing a fast 8 down the racecourse with the wind whipping your hair around and the run of the boat clear and loud in the bow. I like the 8's best because all 9 people in the boat have to be willing to make it work and they have to do it together. When I row them I feel powerful and important because in this program, size doesn't necessarily dictate value on the team. We have a lot of shorter, technically sound girls who can still make a boat fast.”
