Emmanuel Agyemang joined the Temple Rowing staff as Director of Operations in 2019.
A graduate student in the STHM program at Temple, Agyemang assists the team with their travel logistics, administrative paperwork, home regatta events, and various recruiting tasks.
Agyemang comes to Temple from Salisbury University where he served as a volunteer strength coach for the sports performance staff. With the Sea Gulls, he assisted with the implementation of strength training programs for the many varsity teams. He also served as as a facility attendant at Salisbury University's Physical activity center where his responsibilities included setting up for campus recreational activities, monitoring entrances for safety purposes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
Agyemang previously worked at The Athlete Academy, a youth training facility, serving as a strength and conditioning coach. There, he implemented speed and agility and resistance training programs, oversaw the safety compliance of many youth and adult athletes, and also assisted the owner of the company with marketing strategies.
Agyemang is a 2019 graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelors of Science in exercise science and a minor in market management. He holds strength and conditioning certification and is a competitive powerlifter.
