Jen Wesson is in her fifth season as an assistant coach with the Temple University women's crew program. Prior to joining the Owls, Wesson served for seven years as Program Director/Head Women's Coach for Moorestown Rowing Club. During this time, her crews captured numerous Championships including Philadelphia City, New Jersey, Stotesbury and National titles.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University ('98), Wesson began her rowing career as a walk-on, medaling at the IRA Championship in her novice year. Wesson was a member of the crew that won the Big East Championship title in 1997.

She also was a member of the Scarlet Knights' team that earned an invite to the inaugural 1997 NCAA Championships. Capturing gold at Eastern Sprints the following year, the Knights' Varsity 4+ secured an invite to compete again in the 1998 NCAA Championships.
