2022 Cross Country: Ran in five meets for Temple…Opened the season with an impressive 20th place finish at the Lehigh Invitational…Earned a top ten finish at the Fordham Fiasco, coming in 9th

2022 Outdoor: Ran to a personal-best time of 4:45.61 in the 1500m run for a sixth-place finish at the Big 5 Meet... Set a personal-best time in the 10,000m run at the AAC Outdoor Championships.

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Owls... Ran in the 5000m run at the AAC Championships.

2021 Cross Country: Started the season with a seventh-place finish at the Temple Invite... Placed second among Temple runners at the Princeton Invite... Ran to a season-best time of 22:53.2 at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals.

2021 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 3000m at the Penn Challenge (10:22.15)... Registered a personal-best 17:23.88 in the 5000m at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational for fifth place... Competed in the 5000m at the AAC Championship. 

2020-21 Indoor: Ran a personal-best 10:20.07 in the 3000m at the #HTownSpeedCity Series III meet. 

2020 Cross Country: Was the third in the Cherry and White to cross the finish line at the AAC Championship with her 21st-place finish. 

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in two meets for the Owls during her rookie campaign...Finished the 3000m in a season's-best 10:27.85 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge. 

2019 Cross Country: Finished first for the Owls and 10th overall in her first collegiate meet at the Lehigh Invitational, crossing the finish line at 22:49.89...Finished in the top 70 at the Iona Meet of Champions...Competed at the Ohio State Buckeye Preview...Ran to a top-75 finish at the Penn State National Open as the Owls finished sixth overall...Finished in the top 60 at the AAC Championships...Helped Temple earn seventh overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

High School: Captained Elizabethtown Area High School to a Section I title as a senior, earning first-team all-star honors for the league…Finished third in the league, fifth in the district and 25th in the state as a senior…Earned second-team all-star honors in the league as a junior after finishing sixth…Placed eighth at districts and qualified for states as a junior...Earned first-team all-star in the league after placing seventh as a sophomore, later finishing 13th in the districts to qualify for states…In Section II as a freshman, earned second-team all-star in the league after finishing fourth…Also placed 14th in the district and qualified for states as a freshman.

Personal: Parents are John and Kirsten Shontz…Majoring in Environmental Science at Temple.
