2022 Outdoor:Â Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 800m and a third-place finish in the 1500m run at the Colonial Relays... Finished sixth in the 800m run at the AAC Championships.
2021-22 Indoor:Â Competed in four meets in the indoor season... Opened the season with a personal-best time of 9:57.12... Took fifth-place in the mile run at the AAC Championships.
2021 Cross Country: Began the season with a fourth-place finish... Recorded a top-10 finish at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 18:45.6... Was one of two Owls to place in the top-100 at the Paul Short Invitational... Placed 18th at the AAC Championships.
2021 Outdoor: Was a member of the first-place DMR squad at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational... Finished in the top-10 in both the 800m and the 1500m at the American Athletic Conference Championship.
2020-21 Indoor: Finished third in the mile at the #HTownSpeedCity Series III with a time of 4:54.56.
2020 Cross Country: Competed at the AAC Championship where she finished 30th amongst 78 competitors.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: Earned all-conference nods in the 800m run for the third-straight season at the AAC Indoor Championships, where she finished second with a time of 2:09.49... Ran the 1200m leg of the DMR at conferences that reset the meet record to 11:26.89 and won gold... Helped the Owls to their best-ever team finish of third at the AAC Championships... Led off the DMR at the JDL Invitational that ran the fastest time in conference history, resetting the school record in the event to 11:14.87...Earned bronze in both the mile and the DMR at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge.
2019 Cross Country: Finished 49th at the Iona Meet of Champions with her time of 19:12.4...Earned a 19th place finish at the American Athletic Conference Championships, clocking in at 21:26.84...Ran to an 80th place finish out of 206 runners at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional to help the Owls secure seventh overall.Â
2019 Outdoor: Began a stellar outdoor season at the Charlotte 49er Classic, where she won the 800m in 2:08.51…Shined in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays, placing seventh in the 154-person field with a PR of 4:20.29…Ran the 1200m leg of the record-breaking distance medley relay in 3:28.19 at the 125th Penn Relays…Earned All-Conference honors, her fourth AAC honors during her three seasons as a sophomore (XC, indoor, outdoor), in the 800m at the AAC Outdoor Championships after a runner-up finish...Also represented Temple in the 1500m at the championship meet, advancing to finals in the event... Qualified for the NCAA East Regional meet in the 1500 finishing 27th overall
2018-19 Indoor: Split 2:10.50 as the 800m leg of the record-breaking DMR at the Columbia Challenge…Advanced to finals in both the 800m and the mile at the AAC Indoor Championships, earning All-Conference honors in both events…Finished third in the mile at the championship meet with a time of 4:51.58 and placed second in the 800m, clocking in at 2:08.39...Was a part of the DMR that finished fourth at the indoor championship meet.
2018 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during her sophomore cross country season...Earned All-Conference honors after placing 13th at the AAC Championships...Competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet, where she placed in the top 50...Helped the Owls to their first ever ECAC Championship title...Helped the squad earn the Top Team GPA award from the Temple Athletic Department.
2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for Temple...Finished second in the 800m at the 49er Classic...Ran her fastest 1500m in 4:33.63 at the Ole Miss Classic...Was a part of the DMR that placed first in their division at the 2018 Penn Relays, breaking the school record for the second time that season...Was also a part of the fourth-place 4x800 squad at Penn Relays...Finished fourth in the 800 with a time of 2:07.96 at the AAC Outdoor Championships, qualifying her for the NCAA East Regional Preliminary Round...Set a school record in the 800m at the regional meet with a time of 2:07.10.
2017-18 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Owls this season...Placed second in both the 1000 and the 4x800 at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener...Finished fourth in the mile at the Navy Women's Lid-Lifter with a time of 4:59.84...Finished second in the 4x400 and third in the DMR at the Penn State National...Had a solid first performance at the AAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, finishing fourth in the mile and seventh in the 800m.
