2019-20 Indoor: Represented the Owls in both the 3000m and 5000m at the AAC Indoor Championships...Ran a big PR of 9:46.37 in the 3000m to earn a 10th place finish at the conference meet...Finished sixth in the 5K at AAC's to score three points for the Cherry and White...Ran the second-fastest 5K in Temple history at the Valentine Invitational, clocking in at 16:49.56 to set a program record at the time...Ran her fastest-ever mile time of 5:15.06 at the Penn 8-Team Select in January.Â
2019 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 12th overall finish in the 5K at the Lehigh Invitational, crossing the finish line at 22:52.04...Finished first for the Owls and 10th overall with her 5K time of 18:19.2 at the Iona Meet of Champions...Earned a top 50 finish at the Ohio State Buckeye Preview...Finished just outside the top 30 for 32nd overall at the Penn State National Open...Earned All-Conference honors for the second-straight year with a 15th-place finish at the American Championships (21:15.06)...Finished in the top 40 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
2019 Outdoor: Opened up her sophomore year with the fastest 10K for the Owls this season, finishing eighth at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 35:48.42…Ran a PR in the 5K of 17:15.73 at the 125th Penn Relays…Raced in both the 5K and the 10K for the Owls at the AAC Outdoor Championships...Recipient of the Parliament Award from the Temple Athletic Department.
