2007 Outdoor: Part of 4x800 relay team that qualified for ECACs...Finished 17th at A-10s in the 800m with a time of 2:21.40...Had a season-best 5:06.35 in the 1500m at the Monmouth Invitational...Was the team[apos]s top finisher for the season in the 5000m with a time of 20:46.02 at the Terrapin Invitational.
2006-07 Indoor: Team[apos]s top finisher for the season in the 1000m (3:05.81 - Ursinus Open), mile (5:20.50 - Terrier Classic), and 3000m (10:53.10 - Gotham Cup).
2006 Cross Country: Did not compete.
2006 Outdoor: Finished 18th in the 800m (2:24.52) at A-10s...Was 15th in the 800m at TCNJ (2:26.92)...Was 16th in the 400m (1:10.56) and 5th in the 800m (2:32.50) at Princeton...Was 26th in the 800m at Monmouth (2:31.95).
2005-06 Indoor: Finished 13th in the 800m at A-10s (2:29.84)...Time was a season-best...Also had season-best time of 3:15.14 in the 1000m at Princeton and 5:42.51 in the mile at Haverford.
2004-05 Indoor: Placed 14th in the 800m at A-10s (2:25.59)...Ran season-best time in the 800 at Bison Open (2:23.84)...Finished 14th at the UMES Hawk Games in the 400m with season-best time of 1:04.53.
2005 Outdoor: Finished 16th in 400m at Delaware in season-best time of 1:04.01...Was 14th in 400m at TCNJ (1:04.22)...Also ran 800m at Princeton (22nd, 2:30.36).
2005 Cross Country: Consistantly Temple[apos]s #2 finisher...Competed at the Atlantic 10 Championships (106th, 21:37.1)...Finished 30th at Delaware in time of 26:16.11..Was 10th at Monmouth in 21:37...Placed 70th at Haverford with three-mile time of 21:14.70.
High School: Team co-captain...Finished second in the 4x400 at the Penn Relays as a senior...Won 4x400 at Penn Relays as a junior.
Personal: Majoring in secondary education...Won Sea Isle City Beach Patrol race...Second place in South Jersey Lifeguard[apos]s Association one mile run...Also plays soccer at Temple.
