2007 Outdoor: Part of 4x800 relay team that qualified for ECACs...Finished 14th at A-10s in the 800m with a time of 2:19.73...Had season-best times of 2:19.19 in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational and 4:59.19 in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational.
2006-07 Indoor: Placed 11th at A-10s in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:23.41...Ran a season-best 3:12.27 in the 1000m at the Delaware Invitational.
2006 Cross Country: Competed in one event...228th place of 236 at Paul Short Invitational (9/29, 6k, 26:20).
Outdoor 2006: Finished 11th in the 800m at A-10s with a season-best time of 2:18.40...Also had team best time of 5:04.83 in the 1500m at Monmouth...Also ran a time of 2:18.92 in the 800m at TCNJ.
Indoor 2005-06: Set new school record in the 1000m by running a time of 3:00.58 at A-10s...Finished sixth in the event...Had team-best 800m time at Maryland (2:24.29)...Also ran the mile in 5:34.35 at Bucknell.
Indoor 2004-05: Finished seventh in the triple jump (34[apos]2 1/4[quote]) at the Atlantic 10 Championships...Mark was a season-high...Posted triple jump of 34[apos]1 1/2[quote] at Haverford for third place...Also competed in the 800m (2:27.98) and mile (5:54.01).
Outdoor 2005: Placed sixth in the triple jump at A-10s with season-best 34[apos]5 1/2[quote]...Was sixth in the triple at Penn (33[apos]2[quote]) and ninth at Delaware (33[apos]5 3/4[quote])...Also competed in the 800m (2:25.18) and 1500m (5:11.97).
High School: Ranked fourth in district in triple jump...Placed fifth in triple jump at Mid-Penn...Also a district qualifier in cross country.
Personal: Majoring in public relations.
