2013-14: Finished seventh in sabre at the 2014 NCAA Championships to earn All-America Second Team honors and become the Owls’ first All-American in two years...Helped lead Temple to an eighth-place finish among women’s teams at the NCAA Championships...Started the season on a high note when she successfully defended her sabre title at the Temple Open...Went 7-4 against nationally ranked competition at the Penn State Invitational...Was undefeated in her pool and went on to place 34th at the January North American Cup (NAC)...Put up a record of 10-2 at the Philadelphia Invitational on Jan. 26, helping the Owls to finish 6-0 overall...Finished 7-1 at the Duke Invitational on Feb. 9, helping lead the sabre squad to a perfect record...In the final dual meets of the season at the Temple Invitational, she went 6-3 which included a perfect 3-0 record in a win against #10 St. John’s...Finished the year with an overall dual meet record of 44-23...Earned her first title in sabre at the NIWFA Championships...Advanced to the finals at the NCAA Regionals, and placed eighth to help secure her spot at the NCAA Championships...Once there, she won 15 of her 23 bouts including six of her last seven...After the NCAA Championships, she competed at the U.S. Fencing Association National Championships and placed fifth in Division I women's sabre.
2012-13: Turned in a 39-20 record in sabre for the season…Won the gold medal at the annual Temple Open…Qualified for NCAA Championships, where she placed 14th…Placed fifth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional…Went undefeated at nine meets, including the win over UNC at the Penn State Invitational…Placed sixth at the Penn State Open.
2011-12: Finished the season with 25-30 record...Opened her career with a fifth-place finish at the 32nd annual Temple Open...Came back with a 17th place finish at the 40th annual Garret Open...In the first dual meet of her career, she posted a 5-5 record at the Philadelphia Invitational. . . was a semifinalist in the NCAA Regionals, finishing 16th.
PRIOR TO TEMPLE: A two-time finalist at Junior National events and a silver medalist in the Division IA National Championship.
PERSONAL: Fences for the Manhattan Fencing Center, and is coached by Yury Gelman...Majoring in visual studies at Temple.
