Kaitlin Ross begins her sixth year as an assistant coach with the Temple University women's soccer team. She brings many years of both coaching and playing experience and works primarily with the Owl goalkeepers.

In 2001, Ross served as the assistant and goalkeeping coach for the FC Bucks Under-19 girls team. She also conducted private training for goalkeepers for girls ages 12-17.

A 2002 graduate of La Salle, Ross was a four-year starting goalie for the Explorers. She holds several all-time records including games played, games started, career shutouts, career wins, goals against average and single-season shutouts. She was ranked 22nd in NCAA history in career minutes played by a keeper. Ross served as the team captain in 2001 and was the team MVP.

A native of Newtown, PA, Ross was a four-year starter for Council Rock High School's girl's soccer team, who won both the district and state championships in 1998.

Ross completed her master's degree in marriage and family counseling at Chestnut Hill College. She resides in East Norriton, Pa. with her husband, Matt.
