2016 INDOOR: Placed third at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals meet in the 500-meter race with a time of 1:18.27… Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place finish at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals meet (3:54.15).
2015 OUTDOOR: Earned a silver medal in the 100 meter dash at the Philadelphia College Classic in 12.59 (3/21)… Member of the 4x100 meter relay that took first at the Philadelphia College Classic and Maryland Invitational…4x100 meter relay also placed second at the Colonial Relays… Helped a successful 4x400 meter relay team place second at the Colonial Relays and Mason Spring Invitational… 4x400 meter relay also placed third at the Philadelphia College Classic and the Morgan State Legacy Track Meet… Member of the 4x400 meter relay that placed first at the 2015 Penn Relays ECAC section with a season best time of 3:42.75.
2015 INDOOR: Won the 200 meter dash at the Tiger Open with a time of 25.57 (1/24)… Placed third in the 400 meter dash at the same meet, logging 58.02… Placed third in the 300 meter dash with a personal best 40.78 at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/06)… Placed fourth in the 200 meter dash at the Yale Giegengack Invitational in a time of 25.36 (2/06)… Helped the 4x400 meter relay team take first place at four indoor meets throughout the season (Jack Pyrah, Tiger Open, Patriot Games and the Yale Giegengack Invitational)… 4x400 meter relay placed eighth overall at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships (2/27).
2014 OUTDOOR: Was a part of two top-10 finishes at the American Championships in the 4x400m and 4x100m relay...Was a part of the 4x100m relay team that finished eighth at the Penn Relays in a time of 46.56 after advancing to the ECAC Final...Recorded three first-place finishes at the Owls Alumni Invitational (4/19) in the 200m, 100m, and 4x100m relay...Finished fifth in the 4x400m relay and fourth in the 4x100m relay at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12)...Had four top-10 finishes at the Fred Hardy Invitational, two in relays (4x100m and 4x400m) and two individual events (100m and 200m)...Was a part of the 4x400m relay who took second at the Carolina Relays (3/21) and also recorded a personal-best time in the 400m in 57.44.

2013 OUTDOOR: Ran a time of 12.10 in the 100m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (5/5), placing 11th overall...Clocked a time of 24.78 in the 200m at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/13) to place 19th overall.
2012-13 INDOOR: Placed 12th in the 60m dash with a time of 7.87 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships...Placed fourth in the 300m with a time of 41.40 at the Hoya Spiked Shoe Club Invitational (1/18)...Set a personal-best time of 58.44 in the 400m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/11).
