Junior Kristen McCarthy averaged team-highs of 12.3 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game as the women's basketball team went 1-2 this past week.
McCarthy scored eight points in a win vs. Northern Illinois, seven in a loss at Pepperdine and then broke out with a season-high 22 points at #13/13 UCLA in a 71-61 loss on Nov. 28. She shot 7-of-12 from the field in that contest, including 5-of-8 from three-point range.
For the week, McCarthy totaled six assists and four steals, and was 5-of-6 at the free throw line.
