Women's Gymnastics Places Fifth at Towson Invitational

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple women's gymnastics team placed a disappointing fifth out of five teams at the Towson Invitation at Towson University. The Owls finished with a score of 186.900 to finish behind George Washington (195.175), Towson (194.125), James Madison (190.675) and Pennsylvania (189.325). The meet dropped the Owls record to 5-11.

Freshman Paige Ozaroski provided the one bright spot for the Owls, finishing in a tie for fourth on the uneven parallel bars with a score of 9.775.

The Owls will return home February 25 to host Massachusetts at 2 p.m. in McGonigle Hall.
