MEN'S TENNIS FINISHES ON TOP AT SWARTHMORE INVITATIONAL

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple men's tennis team finished on top at the Swarthmore Invitational on September 7-9 by winning five out of their six flights.

In singles action, senior Jordan Huffer won flight A when he defeated John Thomas of Swarthmore 6-4, 6-1, junior Guarav Kumar won the flight B bracket, defeating Frank Visicano 6-3, 6-3 and Tharso Bossolani won flight C when he defeated Aaron Rubin 6-3, 0-6 and 7-6.

In doubles action, the team of Tyler Wynne and Kumar won the flight A doubles bracket 8-5 and the team of Dan Selig and Bossolani won flight B 8-4

Up next for the Owls is the Princeton Classic on September 21-23 in Princeton N.J.
