OWLS FALL TO VILLANOVA 3-1

PHILADELPHIA-- The Temple men's soccer team (0-3-1) fell to Villanova 3-1 on Wednesday afternoon, September 19 at the Villanova Soccer Complex.
The Wildcats scored two goals in the beginning of each half and had a total of 13 shots on the day. Midfielder Nate Webb scored a goal for the Owls towards the end of the game but it was not enough to overtake Villanova.
In addition, goalie Patrick Hannigan had six saves for Temple while defender John Burns had five shots on goal.
Next up for the Owls is Philadelphia University on Saturday, September 22 at 12:00 p.m.
