TEMPLE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TAKES ON RUTGERS TONIGHT AT THE LIACOURAS CENTER

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple women's basketball team (4-2, 0-0 A-10) will battle Rutgers (3-2, 0-0 BIG EAST) at the Liacouras Center on December 10 at 7:00 p.m. The game marks the first appearance for Hall of Fame coach C. Vivian Stringer at the Liacouras Center. Both teams are led in scoring by first year players. The Scarlet Knights are led by sophomore guard Cappie Pondexter (14.4 ppg.) while the Owls are led by freshman center Candice Dupree (13.3 ppg.).
