PHILADELPHIA - Temple junior goalkeeper Patrick Hannigan has been named the Atlantic 10 and Philadelphia Soccer Seven co-Player of the Week for his efforts in the Owls' 0-0 tie with visiting Dayton on Friday afternoon, October 3.

Hannigan, who has stopped 30 of the 31 shots he has faced this season, made 10 saves, including one on a penalty kick, to help Temple tie Dayton. It marked his third shutout of the season in four matches since returning from a broken arm. The Flyers entered the game ranked #28 by College Soccer News.

For the year, Hannigan has compiled a 0.22 goals against average and a .968 save percentage. The only goal he has allowed came while Temple played a man down in a 1-0 loss to Penn on September 24.
