BILL BRADSHAW TO BE INDUCTED INTO WESTERN NEW YORK BASEBALL HALL OF FAME

An All-American baseball player at La Salle University ('69), Bradshaw served as the head baseball coach for two seasons at Niagara University (1973, 1974). The Niagara Falls, NY native also played semi-professional baseball in the Western New York area for five years. As a captain and starting shortstop for the Sloan Bruins, an amateur team in the Buffalo area, Bradshaw helped lead the squad to the 1970 National Amateur Championship.
A member of the La Salle University Athletic Hall of Fame, Bradshaw returned to his alma mater following hist stint at Niagara, serving eight years as his alma mater's athletic director. He then worked 16 years as the Director of Athletics at DePaul University before returning to the Philadelphia area in June of 2002 to take over the helm of the Temple athletic department
