Joining Dupree in double figures were senior guard Christena Hamilton (12), freshman guard Britney Jordan (12) and junior forward Ari Moore (11). Senior forward Toni Belafonte added nine points, while junior guard Cynthia Jordan had seven. Moore and Hamilton led all rebounders with eight boards apiece. Jordan had a game-high eight assists for the Owls.

Temple (7-6, 3-0 A-10) dominated in nearly every statistical category. The Owls outrebounded the Bonnies 45-33 and also held the edge in shooting, 46 percent to 36 percent. St. Bonaventure did have an advantage in steals, 9-8 and turnovers, forcing 17 while committing 13.
The Bonnies tried to apply pressure with their trap to open the second half after the Owls held a 27-20 halftime advantage.
"When our kids see something different, it sometimes affects us," said Temple coach Dawn Staley. "But once we recognized what was going on, we were able to get easy opportunities and we took advantage of them."
Temple will have a full week before its next game, when it hosts Rhode Island on Sunday, January 18 at the Liacouras Center in an A-10 TV game. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
