TEMPLE'S CLINTON AND DAVIS LEADS WOMEN'S TRACK TO FOURTH PLACE AT BUCKNELL INVITATIONAL

Lewisburg, Pa.- Junior Rachel Clinton and freshman Erin Davis placed first in the 55m hurdles and the high jump to lead the women's track team to fourth place (81 points) in an eight team field on Saturday evening at the host school Bucknell, who won the meet with score of 196.
Davis won the high jump with a leap of 1.70 meters.Clinton won the 55m hurdles with a time of 8.20. The time also qualified Clinton for the ECAC Championships later in the season. Junior Jessica Dunston earned second points in the 55m hurdles with a time of 8.24 seconds. Senior captain Jaweia Campbell placed second in the 60 meter dash (8.02).
The Owls 4x400m relay team placed second behind Bucknell with a time of 4:01.42.
