Final Regular Season Test Awaits at Larry Ellis Meet

PHILADELPHIA – Temple University's women's outdoor track and field team is set to compete in their final regular season meet of the 2026 outdoor season. The Larry Ellis Meet will take place from May 1-2 and is held in Princeton, N.J. Temple will be sending eight athletes to compete across nine different events this weekend.

Previewing the Owls
- Competing in the field events are Kamryn Ohm (pole vault) and Deja Scott (triple jump).
- Lila Ziegler will be the only Owl running in the 100m and the Elite 200m dash.
- Grace Hickman will compete in the 200m dash and the 400m dash.
- Representing the Cherry & White in the 400m hurdles is Kei-Mahri Hanna and Chloe Smith.
- Laila Cottom is set to compete in the Elite 800m dash.
- Rian Johnson will be running in the Elite 1500m race.
Up Next
The Owls will now turn their attention to the American Conference Outdoor Championships located in Denton, Texas. The postseason meet will take place from Thursday, May 14 through Saturday, May 16.
