WOMEN'S HOOPS HEADS TO WASHINGTON D.C. FOR REGULAR SEASON FINALE AGAINST GEORGE WASHINGTON

George Washington leads the all-time series 24-17 and won the last meeting between the two schools, 64-59 on March 8, 2003 in last season's A-10 Semifinal. The last three meetings have been decided by five points or less, two of which went down to the final buzzer. Temple comes into the game riding a seven game win streak. George Washington has won four of its last five and the Colonials had an 11-game conference win streak this season.
Sophomore center Candice Dupree continues to lead the Owls in both scoring (14.0 ppg.) and rebounding (7.1 rpg.). Junior guard Cynthia Jordan, Temple's number two scoring threat (9.8 ppg.) leads the team in assists (3.9 apg.) and sits atop the conference in assist/turnover ratio (1.82/1).
Cathy Joens, George Washington's top scorer (20.4 ppg.) is one of three Colonials to average in double figures in scoring. Anna Montanana is George Washinton's leading rebounder (7.8 rpg.) and is also a scoring threat as she is third on the team at 12.6 points per contest.
