MEN'S TENNIS SET TO OPEN 2004 SEASON AT LEHIGH

Bethlehem, PA - The Temple men's tennis team will open its 2004 season at the Lewis Tennis Center against the Lehigh Mountain Hawks this Saturday morning (11:00 a.m.). The Owls, under the direction of head coach Bill Hohne, will be looking to improve upon last year's 4-9 win-loss record.

Juniors Tyler Wynne and Yhonny Murray posted six doubles wins during the Owls' fall season, and represented TU at the ITA Regional Championships held at Cornell University. Wynne was also a singles finalist (flight A) at the Swarthmore Invitational as was freshman Matt Struble (flight B).

The Owls lost at Lehigh last year, 5-2, to open the 2003 season.
