WOMEN'S CREW SECOND VARSITY FOUR TAKES SECOND AT KNECHT CUP

COLLINGSWOOD, N.J. - The second varsity four of the Temple women's crew took second place in a time of 8:02.2 at the Knecht Cup which was held April 17-18 on the Cooper River in Collingswood, New Jersey. The University of New Hampshire (7:59.0) won the event.
The women's varsity eight finished sixth in the grand final in a time of 7:32.1. The Owls also finished sixth in the petite final of the women's novice eight (7:35.5).
The women's crew will return to the Cooper River to compete at the Atlantic 10 Championships on April 24.
