TEMPLE OWLS FOOTBALL TEAM FLOCKS TO THE JERSEY SHORE TO PROMOTE EXCITING UPCOMING SEASON

The tour begins at the Rusty Nail Restaurant in Cape May for a breakfast at 9:15 a.m., and then moves to Convention Hall on Cape May's Beach Promenade, where the Owls will greet fans from approximately 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
From there, it's a short flight northward to the Ocean City Music Pier, which will be the Owls' landing zone from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Vacationing Temple fans are encouraged to stop by and say hello to the visiting Owls in either city, and to register to win a pair of free tickets to the September 4 home opener against Virginia.
"Everyone knows the Jersey shore is a favorite flight path of migrating birds, and that includes vacationing Temple fans," said Coach Wallace. "We'll go anywhere to see them, and we're looking forward to seeing many of them on July 18 and at our games during the season."
The Owls open their season on Saturday, September 4th vs. Virginia at Lincoln Financial Field. The game is at 12:00 Noon and will be nationally televised on ESPN2.
